On September 19, 2018 in Singapore during the session of the High-level Inter-Governmental Russia-Singapore Commission under the co-chairmanship of Russia's Vice-Premiers Maxim Akimov and Singapore Tharman Shanmugaratnam, Russian RSTradehouse LLC, which is the executive structure of the Russia-Singapore Business Council and the Singapore vCargo Cloud Pte. Ltd. (VCC&), a subsidiary of SGX Catalyst, signed a cooperation agreement to expand trade opportunities between Russian and Singapore companies.
