Description

ST-2630M is featured by high performance and new functional capabilities.
ST-2630M operation is based on obtaining and analyzing high quality radioscopic images displayed on the monitor during scanning with bremsstrahlung beam. ST-2630M uses 6/3.5 MeV linear electron accelerator with duplet energy modulation as bremsstrahlung source. Multiple-beam klystron and acceleration device both operating in C-range (5 cm microwaves) as well as optimized local radiation protection system made it possible to construct a small-size and low-weight accelerator with bremsstrahlung beam high performance. It increases ST-2630M mobility and ensures positive identification of 4 groups of materials by their atomic numbers.
The system combines technical and technological solutions which ensure radiation safety for operators and population according to domestic and international regulations and make it possible to use the system in different climatic conditions.
ST-2630M allows the Customer to set up a distributed control system managed from the single center regardless of the distance between inspection points.
