Description

The model description:

Only machine KO-564 uses a pneumatic impulse method to remove solid sediments from the walls of tubes. The method is based on using energy of compressed air that creates impulses acting against the walls. Such action results in demolition and further falling of solid sediments from the tube walls during intervals between impulses. That results in restoration of tubes cross-section and improving effectiveness of repair works during cleaning of municipal and industrial sewage networks. Pneumatic impulse equipment can be used also for treatment of filters and near-filtering areas of water wells during construction and during their operation as well.

Heating of technological water tank, silt tank and equipment compartment is provided on the vehicle. There is a special panel with thermo-insulating materials, intended for keeping heat. That extends operational range of the machine because a stable operation of the machine is ensured even at negative ambient temperatures (till - 20° C). To provide better working conditions at dark period of the day the working zone is illuminated with an additional lamp.

Silt is unloaded by tank dumping. The rest silt from the tank walls is washed out with water jets. That provides qualitative silt unloading from the tank without mechanic interference.

Original design solutions make it possible to drain silt water from the tank, thus providing transportation of silt only to places of disposal. That increases efficiency of the work and saves fuel and greasing materials.

High quality painting in connection with continuous welds prevent corrosion and provide durable and reliable operation of metal sections. Armored high quality high pressure hoses corresponding the european Din standards prevent breaking and leakages in places of connection.
