for the frequency range up to 0.5 MHz. Magnetic cores of types: OL 16 / 26-6.5, OL 40 / 64-25,
OL64 / 100-40 from low-frequency electrical steel 3422-0.08, 3413-0.35, 3412-0.35 for the
frequency range up to 1 kHz. The number and types of windings, as well as the number of turns and
the transformation ratio, are at the request of the consumer.

The company has the technology for the manufacture of winding products with high insulation
requirements (interlayer, winding) for high voltage applications, products with high operating
temperatures and ambient humidity.
To seal the cases of coils, transformers, chokes, ultrasonic welding of the base with the leads and
the body (polyamide material) is used.
For guaranteed inter-turn impregnation with special impregnating electrical insulating varnishes of
coils and transformers, a vacuum impregnation unit with created vacuum is used - from 2 to 40 kPa.
All winding products having their own technical conditions are subjected to 100% acceptance
testing of quality control, periodic tests 1 time per year, including a set of climatic tests and tests for
continuous operation.
If it is necessary to manufacture components with acceptance “5”, the enterprise has an acceptance
service for the “Customer”.
