JSC "Scientific and Production Concern" Technology of Mechanical Engineering "(NPC" Techmash ") was established in 2011 by the State Corporation" Rostekhnologii "(Rostekh). The corporation entrusted the Concern with the management of enterprises in the industry of ammunition and special chemicals.
