OMK not only makes pipe products; we also produce pipeline fittings and valves. Our competitive edge is in organizing a comprehensive delivery of the main products for the oil wells and pipelines. Investments into developing and launching unique complex pipeline fittings turned OMK into a key supplier of installation nodes for compressor stations. We occupy 20% of the Russian pipeline fittings market.

Electric weld casing pipes are key items in OMK’s product range. We manufacture them at Vyksa Steel Works and our U.S.-based OMK Tube factory. Each casing is subjected to a 100% automatic ultra-sound control of the welded seam and the pipe body, and to hydro-testing as well. OMK occupies 23% of the Russian casing pipes market.

OMK produces the most state-of-the-art and reliable springs including parabolic springs and levers for air castors. The Chusovoy Spring brand has earned a good reputation with car manufacturers and auto parts dealers. We have the largest capacity springs production facility in Europe. OMK occupies around 70% of the Russian automobile springs market.

The wheels we produce are used in the majority of trains on our country’s main railway.

Oil sealed vacuum pumps are used in all fields of vacuum technologies.

Rotary vacuum units are designed for pumping down air and nontoxic explosive and fire hazardous gases, which are non-aggressive to the pumped fluid and construction materials, vapors and gas-vapor mixtures which are precleared from condensed moisture and mechanical pollutions with oxygen content of air not more than 21 % . The maximum pumping speed is achieved in the inlet pressures range from 1,3·102 to 6,6 Pa (from 1 to 5·10-2 Torr). Also units can be used as pre-vacuum units for high vacuum pumps. Ambient class is UHL 4 according to all-Union State Standard 15150-69 for operation at the ambient and pumped medium temperatures from 283 to 308 K.
