Biomicrogel® Sorbent BMG-P1 is designed to collect oil contaminants from the surface of water

Biomicrogel® BMG-C2 flocculants for the treatment of water are high-molecular polymer compounds acting as molecular links designed for merging the smaller particles of pollutants into bigger and sustainable floccules (agglomerates), which easily settle/float upwards and are easily physically separated from the water.

Biomicrogel® BMG-P2 flocculants separate even the most resistant (steady) oil-in-water emulsions.

Biomicrogel® BMG-C4, which is used to increase the efficiency of the extraction of vegetable oils during the process of their production, has the ability to separate oils from solid particles.

This equipment is designed for the preparation and dosing of the the Biomicrogel® BMG-C4 oil extraction additive. The unit is designed for use in palm oil plants with a processing capacity of 15 to 60 FFB t/h (Fresh Fruit Bunches). The nominal capacity of this station is 1000 l/h of the solution with a concentration of 1% to 3%.
