Road frontier mower Cheege

Supplier: Klever JSC

Cheege 184 road mower for road mowing is an unique machine having no analogues in Russia. It is intended for mowing the grass and bushes at the roadsisde, open sites and boundary lines, as well as at stadiums, airdromes, etc. Cheege 184 road boundary mower for road mowing has wide capabilities, and it can cut bush branches with 35 mm length, it can also be operated in horizontal and vertical planes. The large coverage allows the mower to mow field edges excellently, as well as to work on grassy agricultural fields. Protective mechanisms prevent the machine from failures and damages. The excellent quality of mowing is provided by ability to copy the surface. Road frontier mower CHEEGE loves cleanliness. Mower Cheege is successfully used as a Mulcher-shredder for taking care of gardens and vineyards, shredding high grass, bushes and vines. Shredding leftovers after pruning branches or vine is the key to a healthy plant populations and qualitative crop. Furthermore, due to its kinematics mower can successfully operate in narrower (without increasing tractor dimensions) and in difficult access areas, including slopes up to -45 degrees.

Industrial hoses for gas GOST 18698-79

Gas recovery turbine for power plants

Supplier: JSC "The Ural Turbine Works"

Natural gas is transported to users at pressure of 7.5-5.6 MPa and is distributed within residential areas at pressure of 1.2 MPa. However, the pressure required at consumers (thermoelectric and hydroelectric power stations) is 0.2-0.4 MPa or less. The surplus potential energy, which is lost at throttling devices of gas expansion stations and gas regulating rooms, can be used for generation of additional electric power and for process purposes. For example, the gas consumed by a 800 MW steam turbine set with a pressure differential of 1.1 -0.17 MPa can give additional power of over 11 MW. Long-standing experience in design and manufacture of gas recovery turbines allowed us to create ТГУ-11 turbine. The gas recovery turbine type ТГУ-11 represents a multistage expansion turbine, which generates electric power using excess pressure of the natural gas supplied as fuel to boilers of thermal power stations (TPSs).

Gas recovery turbine compressorless for metallurgy

Supplier: JSC "The Ural Turbine Works"

The gas Top Pressure Recovery Turbine (TPRT) is designed to drive electric generators. The turbine is run by excess pressure of the blast-furnace gas at metallurgical plants. Up to 40% energy spent for blasting is recovered with almost no fuel consumed. It easily fits the process cycle of either newly commissioned or existing blast-furnace equipment. The actual power developed by the turbine depends on the operating regime of the blast furnace and is determined by the flow rate and pressure of the gas passing through the turbine. Correspondingly, the TPRT turbine is available in several modifications: TPRT -12М, TPRT -8М and TPRT -6М. The turbine is an axial double-stage direct-flow unit. It can be supplied with or without a gas heater.
