JSC RT-Techpriemka and the Russia-Singapore Business Council signed a cooperation agreement, the key goal of which is to foster cooperation between companies from Russia and South-East Asia. The signing took place within the framework of the Eastern Economic Forum, which takes place in Vladivostok from 4 to 6 September 2019.
The agreement was signed by General Director of JSС RT-Techpriemka Vladlen Shorin and Deputy Chairman of the Russiaa-Singapore Business Council (RSBC) Sergey Pronin. Nikolay Volobuyev, Deputy Director General of the State Corporation Rostec and Chairman of the RSBC, took part in the signing ceremony.
RT-Techpriemka will be presented at electronic B2B Platform RSTrade (https://www.rstradehouse.com) and will be a part of the permanent exhibition of the Centre of overseas promotion of Russian high-tech companies in Singapore. RSTrade platform allows its users to offer goods and services, to make payment of services rendered and supply of goods, to solve the problem on localization of production, logistics, automation, etc. currently in the platform there are represented approximately 82 000 companies from 23 countries of Europe, Asia and North America. Integration of RT-Techpriemka will allow companies presented in the platform to use a new range of products and services.
The Russia-Singapore Business Council, in its turn, is implementing a range of measures to promote RT-Techpriemka’s services among Russian companies operating in the South-East Asian market and Asian companies aimed at the Russian market.
In addition, the parties agreed jointly to work out a roadmap on cooperation and present it during the business mission of Russian companies to Singapore.
Mr. Nikolay Volobuev noted:
"Southeast Asia is a priority region of foreign economic activity of Rostec and its holdings. We continue working on creation of effective system of cooperation with partners from Southeast Asia and expanding tools offered to companies. Today's signing is another important step on this path."
Vladlen Shorin said: "Both Russian and Asian companies while implementing joint projects face with product quality control of suppliers, the exclusion of counterfeit products, the availability of contractors to have certification of system of quality management. RT-Tehpriemka is ready to provide a qualified and prompt solution of these problems. I’m sure that our activities will contribute to the implementation of Rostec's development strategy until 2025 in part of creating conditions for the creation of technological partnerships, international production cooperation and joint ventures."
Sergey Pronin on the sidelines of EEF noted:
"International RSTrade platform is integrated with GISP – it opens opportunities for foreign companies in searching partners in Russia, it participates in digital consortia under the aegis of the Eurasian Economic Commission, what expands its potential in all countries of the EAEU, it is integrated with the Singaporean platform CamelONE, which is presented in 15 countries and allows Russian companies to use adnanced automation services for international logistics for cross-border transport". He also added: "Adding new services related to quality control provided by RT-Techprimeka will significantly increase the attractiveness and competitiveness of goods and services of those companies that will use them with the help of our platform services".
LLC RSTrade is an operator of RSTrade platform, the executive structure of the Russia-Singapore Business Council, established on the initiative of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation with the support of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and State Corporation Rostec. LLC RSTrade is included in the list of agents of the Russian Export Center to promote ASEAN market entry of Russian companies.

The company holds a leading position in the market for quality control of materials and semi-finished products for the aerospace industry, civil and military engineering. In Russian regions there are more than 40 receiving inspection units. On the basis of the company there are created Competence Center of system of quality management of the State Corporation Rostec and Rostec-certificate Center carrying out certification of management systems according to the Russian and international standards within the license agreement with Quality Austria GmbH.
