In order to provide investors with clear and comfortable conditions for business, the governance of the Kaluga region has been stably doing a lot of work since the 2000s. Kaluga Region was the first Russian region that was able to offer investors a comprehensive product containing ready-made industrial platforms, optimal logistics, a well-functioning system of tax benefits and preferences, and complex administrative support.
