HALLOWEEN IS COMING 🎃

A food trailer in a life-affirming turquoise color. Two people on board.

He’s a hipster: beard, man-bun, jacket buttoned with one button, tattoo on his neck, coffee cup in hand.

She’s wearing a pink headband, black glasses, holding a book.

At first, it’s all a distraction. But the brain latches onto the wrongness and returns to the food trailer’s body. On second glance, we notice the black mourning stripe on the left side of the trailer and realize that he and she are skeletons. Perhaps this is a hipster variety of love till death do us part.

I’m waiting for October 31st, when the veil between the world of the living and the world of the dead thins, and the possibility of contact appears with those who are dear and loved by me but have gone beyond. You do know that I love you very, very much, right?

**RETROTRUCK. We don’t hide skeletons. We draw them on a turquoise food trailer. Because for us, Halloween isn’t about fear — it’s about the possibility of a meeting ahead, and perhaps even sooner, on October 31st.**

May your closet contain only coffee. And skeletons — on board your food trailer 🎃🚐
