Technical characteristics

Two speed half-automatic mixing machine with spiral mixing arm, central cutter, fixed rotational cylindrical bowl made of stainless steel with 160 liters capacity. The machine is intended for high quality mixing of:

wheat and rye-wheat dough
non-yeasted and yeasted dough for puff pastry
rich fermented dough
dough for honey cake.

ntensive mixing at mixing machine "Prima-160N" involves the quality of mixed dough and final products. Control panel can be to the right and to the left side of dough mixing machine.

Half-automatic machine control of "Prima -160N" allows to:

set the total mixing time and the time of dough mixing at low speed with the help of timers
automatic switching of mixing arm rotation from low speed to high speed
switch normal and reverse bowl rotation at low mixing speed
make automatic machine stop (with special signal) after mixing process finishing
provide the safety of stuff and machine with the system of blocking devices

Due to intensive dough mixing at optimum speed of mixing arm and bowl rotation of "Prima-160N" the dough enriches with high rheological properties and organoleptical parameters, which essentially improves quality of baked production. All that is provided with:

modern machine construction: Cylindrical thick-walled bowl, S-shaped mixing arm, central cutter
two mixing speed
optimal speed of bowl and mixing arm rotation
minimum gaps between the mixing arm and the bowl and central cutter.
