Description

Modularity of panels of complete switchgear gas-insulated provides the reliability, maintainability, compactness, ease of installation, simplifies operation and performs various operations, allowing reducing the cost of installation and maintenance. Arrangement of gas compartments of the GIS allows the replacement of any gas-panel without the need for full GIS shutdown.
IS panel is assembled using modules of high factory readiness.

This panel consists of modules: insulators input-output, block disconnector/earthing switch/high speed earthing switch, current transformers, circuit breaker,busbars/disconnector, earthing switch, control Panel.

The panel of the GIS can be performed in two versions: with overhead input/output or cable input/output.

In addition to structural reliability the reliability of GIS is also provided by real-time monitoring of the condition of the electronegative gas (the parameters to be controlled are density, humidity, temperature and pressure of the gas) and monitoring level of partial discharges.

It should be noted that capital costs for the construction of the GIS slightly higher than for the construction of outdoor switchgear, using the same diagram. The operating costs on GIS due to small climatic effects and higher reliability of its elements is lower than the operating costs of outdoor switchgear.
