GI unbalanced-throw screens are used in the processing lines of crushing and screening plants. Used for check, intermediate, and final bulk material (e.g. crushed stone, sand, mineral raw materials, gravel, etc.) screening for the purpose of its classification.

Distinctive features of GI screens:

highly efficient separation;
low foundation load level;
low noise level;
number of decks varies from 2 to 4 depending on the model and customer’s requirements.
Effective application range for GI screens is 3 to 150 mm. Finer classes screening (for instance, 0-3(5) mm granulation screenings beneficiation) requires the use of KG classifying complexes.
