5-speed mechanically operated gearbox
«Avtodizel» serially produces mechanical gearboxes for implementation in YMZ diesel engines with power 180 - 420 hp, including YMZ-530 engines up to euro-5, as part of various vehicles (cars, buses, special machinery). The basic model range is represented by 5-, 8-, 9-speed gearboxes by YMZ, which are designed for input torques from 900 to 1275 Nm (5-speed); 1275 (8-speed); from 1275 to 2100 (9-speed).

Gear shift control. Lever or flange for remote control gear setting. Electro-pneumatic gear control systems by different manufacturers are foreseen
Additional power take-off
by special countershaft gear up to 29,5 kW (40 hp)
by dog clutch at the countershaft rear end up to 73,5 kW (100 hp)
driven by input shaft rim up to 132 kW (180 hp).
The clutch housing. The clutch housing with dimensions according to SAE 1 with a hatch for installation of a flanged pneumatic declutching booster. Oil volume in a gearbox case is 5,5 +0'3 liters. Gearboxes can be completed with sealed clutch housings, output shaft covers for mechanic or electronic speedometer drives.
