Description

Our company produces Al2O3 and AlN ceramic substrates both metal coated and non-metalized that could be applied in electronics and electric industries. Products that we currently develop and master include:

-LED packages and substrates;

-green LTCC and HTCC tape (96 to 100% Al2O3);
-polished high alumina substrates (99,8% Al2O3).

Areas of application:
-LED packages and carrier substrates;
-monolithic ICs and micro-assemblies;
-high-performance Peltier thermoelectric modules;
-switching multi-stripe cards for semiconductor devices;
-heat conducting insulators, cooling systems;
-precision resistors;
-thick film heaters.

Geometry and configuration:
-max dimensions: 165x165 mm;
-thickness: from 0,25 to 3,0 mm;
-shape: customized;
-max number of layers: up to 40 layers

Metal coatings:
Brazing capability of our substrates is provided with the following types of metal coatings: Ni, Cu, Ag, Au, Pd-Ag, Pd-Au.

The coatings can be applied directly on ceramics or on an intermediate metal layer. Following types of intermediate metal layer are available: Mo-Mn, W.

Technologies for adding modified Al2O3 and AlN nano-powders and Al2O3 nano-fibers that we use in our company allow us to enhance thermal conductivity, electric resistivity, and mechanical characteristics.
