Description

Our technologies allow us to produce ceramic insulators for various applications (vacuum chambers, power semiconductor devices, image intensifying tubes) and ceramic tubes as well as other ceramic products for variety of industries. The products are manufactured of various types of vacuum tight ceramics that feature high values of electric resistance, mechanical strength, and dielectric properties.

Ceramic insulators are applied in vacuum arch quenching chambers that are further installed in vacuum breakers and load interrupters used in switch gear of electric mains (3-phase AC, 50 and 60 Hz).

Insulators for power semiconductor devices housings are used in power semiconductor devices (diodes and thyristors) of high voltage converters.

Image intensifying tubes are used as electro insulating part of military night vision devices for. The key part of the night vision device is an image intensifying tube that intensifies the light and converts infrared light into visible.

Metal coatings on flat surfaces:

Metal coatings provide a possibility for copper, stainless steel and Nickel brazing at temperature of 850-900 0C.

Types of metal coatings: Nickel (3-12 μm), Copper (3-300 μm). Copper coating is at the stage of development.

Metal coatings are applied on an intermediate metal layer.

Following types of the intermediate metal layer are available: Mo-Mn-Si (40-75 μm).

Min Ceramic-Metal adhesion strength is 100 N/mm2.
