Description

The equipment provides:
- the ability to install on one line up to 120 points: one central (dispatch) and an arbitrary number of
linear, including terminal, walk-through and points with a branch of the digital stream;
- the possibility of organizing in each line point up to 28, and at the central control point - up to 36
channel terminations of various types;
- remote power supply of the equipment both from the central point, and from any linear point with
a shoulder length of up to 150 km at six remotely powered linear regeneration points;
- the ability to install at any point on the highway (including and remotely powered) the base radio
1P32S-1 "NEYVA-RD" for the organization of radio cable communication;
- protection of the equipment of the linear path from induced interference in the cable line under the
influence of lightning discharges and emergency processes in adjacent power grids.
- at each point there is the possibility of organizing up to 5 conferences with a total number of
participants up to 15, the organization of digital asynchronous channels with multipoint access is
also provided;
- the equipment of the central point provides operation of up to four communication directions with
the provision of control, monitoring and management of linear equipment of all directions;
- branching of a linear signal in regeneration points into 2 or 3 directions of communication
(optional);
- equipping with a modern built-in maintenance system running on PC and OS "Windows",
allowing the consumer to independently configure the equipment, communication network
channels, remotely install MDC loops and measure the actual attenuation of cable sections, with the
diagnostics of all equipment down to the cell (replaceable module) and providing flexibility in
management, obtaining statistics on the functioning of the linear path equipment with preserving the
history of all emergency situations on the communication network zi having the ability to connect a
PC and control the communication line from any line point, as well as the possibility of autonomous
operation of the communication line without a PC;
- the ability to control and manage all the equipment of the DSP with the notebook PC from any
regenerator, including during commissioning and repair work;
- providing a wide range of channel termination interfaces:
- PM channel interface (2-wire or 4-wire) with two E&M signaling channels;
- PBX channel interface of a remote PBX subscriber;
- channel subscriber interface of a remote subscriber exchange;
- radio channel interface;
- interface E1;
- interface of the digital channel ОЦК-64 with anti-directional or codirectional joint;
- asynchronous digital channel interface at the interface of RS-232-C or RS-485;
- digital channel interface with a speed of Nx64 kbit / s at the junction of V.35, V.36, X.21 with
parameters that fully comply with ITU-T standards;
- the use of dynamically switched channels allows you to organize up to 127 remote PBX
subscribers in one direction of a communication network;
- the presence of up to 36 channel terminations in one frame of the equipment with the possibility of
increasing the number of terminations by cascading.
The equipment makes it possible to branch channels in the regeneration center into two or three
directions, which allows it to be used for departments with a dispersed nature of production (gas
pipelines, oil pipelines, railways and roads, power supply systems, etc.) with a tree-like branched
communication structure.
The equipment is software configurable and flexibly adapted by the user to the specific needs and
network configuration of any topology.
Line code -16 is TCPAM (SHDSL G.991.2) with a data transfer rate of 512 kbps.
Reception and transmission of a linear signal is carried out on one cable pair, a second cable pair is
necessary to organize the supply of remote power voltage via phantom circuits (midpoints of linear
transformers).
It is possible to build communication lines for only one cable pair - when organizing the power
supply of linear equipment from a local source (lack of power supply).
The length of the transmission system regeneration section on a cable of type ЗКП 1х4х1,2, МКС
1х4х1,2 or a cable of another type with a similar amplitude-frequency characteristic from 0 to 25
km.
Power supply to the central point of the equipment is provided from a 24 V DC network. Power
supply to any of the line points can be carried out remotely, either from a 24 V DC network or from
a 220 V AC network with intermediate conversion to a 24 V DC voltage and connecting the
batteries in the buffer mode.
Remote power supply of the equipment is carried out by a stabilized direct current of 150 mA
through a phantom circuit according to the “para-pair” scheme and a voltage of remote power
supply from 40 to 750 V, which provides the possibility of arranging a DP arm up to 150 km long
with up to 6 line points installed on it.
The consumption of remotely powered items of equipment is:
- for non-radioactive items 65B;
- for the radio-controlled points 90B (the radio station is on duty or on duty).
The equipment provides the organization of remote power supply from a central or any linear point
if there is a 24 V DC voltage network or 220 V AC voltage on it.
The equipment provides protection of the linear path equipment from lightning discharges and
induced EMF.
The equipment has an integrated maintenance system (MOT) designed for operational and service
monitoring of the status of line points and the management of their operating modes.

The software for the equipment maintenance system installed on the workstation is Supertel-TM,
version 3.3.
The equipment lacks built-in cryptography and encryption.
The equipment provides the ability to install at any point on the highway (including and remotely
powered) the Neiva-RD base station for organizing radio cable communications.
