AEF (ACOUSTIC EXTRA FREEZING) SHOCK FREEZERS MAIN FEATURES
- ice crystals are less than the size of product muscle fibers
- no damage to the product cell structure

Operation at ambient temperature up to +35 °С and relative humidity from 40 to 70%.

When FREEZING or CHILLING MODE ends the shock freezer switches to the mode of further freeze or chill storing.
