Description

Metal-cutting machines form the basis of any industrial production. Virtually all modern equipment, components and assemblies are manufactured using mechanical processing of previously cast billets. The quantity and quality of metal-cutting equipment, as well as the availability of qualified personnel are the determining factors in the development of our enterprise.

Our plant has a variety of equipment for turning, milling, boring, drilling, thread-cutting works.

Machine tools with programmed control, automatic and semi-automatic machines of domestic and foreign production of firms Index, Traub (Germany), Skoda (Czechoslovakia), Hamai (Japan) ensure the production of high-quality and competitive products.

The following works are carried out: turning, milling, surface grinding, circular grinding, centrifugal grinding, thread grinding, coordinate-boring, metalworking.

The following products are made:

Cylindrical gears module 0,2—0,3
