The ADEMS Full Drive machine is intended for professional sharpening and polishing of hairdressing scissors (convex, classic, hot, thinning); surgeon and dental tools, manicure and pedicure tools.

The machine is in demand by tool sharpening workshops used by barbers, manicure and pedicure masters, as well as medical and dental clinics.

The ADEMS Full Drive machine allows you to sharpen hairdressing scissors and other tool with reliably high and regular quality even to novice masters with minimal sharpening skills. It has compact dimensions and can be placed in workshops with limited space or used for field sharpening at the client, at exhibitions and other events. Owing to the unique system of fast change and fixation of abrasives the ADEMS ASAB, the change of grinding wheels is carried out in a few seconds. Also this system allows to install diamond plates 125 mm, with profile 12А220.

The three-ring manipulator allows to accurately set the angle of sharpening of the scissors blade, including "Convex" scissors, for qualitative sharpening in accordance with the requirements of the manufacturer. The manipulator provides guaranteed quality of sharpening at operation with large volume of the sharpening tool. The manipulator device allows to work conveniently both "right-handed" and "left-handed" persons.

The machine is equipped with a frequency converter for changing the speed and direction of rotation with an electronic brake, providing the necessary power at low rpm, as well as high rpm for polishing.

Sharpening is performed on an abrasive paper or a diamond plate. Polishing is performed on a skin polishing disc with an application of polishing paste.

Additionally, you may need “Proof bar” for checking scissors, ”Scissors’ blade flattening”, “Metal discs” with a diameter of 125, 150, or 200 mm, to increase the number of ready-to-use abrasives and the ability to grind wider range of tools.
