This material is aimed to improve fire resistance of steel structures under exposed conditions, at temperatures from -60 ° C to + 60 ° C. Resistant to all kinds of weather and aggressive environments (oil, petrol).

Fire protection material description
This fire protection intumescent material is a two-component composition. First component is a polymer composition based on epoxy resin with mineral and special purpose fillers. Second component is a hardener and it is homogeneous viscous liquid. The coating is non-toxic, emits no harmful substances when heated, does not form toxic compounds on contact with other substances and under influence of other factors. The material is delivered ready for use in metal containers with a tight-fitting lid, prior to application the components are mixed in specified proportions. OGRAX-SKE was certified in accordance with the Technical Regulations on fire safety requirements (Federal Law № 123 FZ dated 22 July 2008), the test method as per GOST R 53295-2009.
Application method
Prior to use mix the components in a ratio of 15:1 at air temperature below +25 °C, and 20:1 at air temperature above +25 °C. After mixing the fire protection material may be used within 2 hours.
Use airless spray to apply layer by layer, or apply by a combined method, or apply with a putty knife.
Application temperature is above + 5 °C (in some cases it may be applied at low temperatures, after receiving the manufacturer approval). Relative humidity is less than 90%.
Protected surface should be dry and free from dirt, rust, old paint, etc. Application on an unprimed surface is possible.
Use personal protective equipment. In case of contact with eyes rinse them thoroughly with water.
Drying period between the layers is 4-6 hours, complete drying in 2-4 days.
