The multicrystalline silicon wafers with dimensions of 156 х 156 mm are manufactured from solar grade silicon. The silicon wafers are the basis for subsequent production of photovoltaic cells and have potential for performance of subsequent products with high efficiency. Wafer production process involves multicrystalline ingot growing and its further cutting into wafers as well as wafers cleaning and classification.

The final product, produced by LLP «KazakhstanSolarSilicon», is a photovoltaic cell - a special kind of a semiconductor diode, which is capable to convert visible light, infrared and ultraviolet radiation into electrical energy. Energy conversion is based on the photoelectric effect, which occurs in inhomogeneous semiconductor structures when exposed to sunlight. In the manufacturing process using as a basis (substrate) multicrystalline silicon wafers are subjected to various kinds of physical and chemical treatment to achieve the stated performance and reduce losses.

The AOT-H-01-Арз apparatus allows producing oxygen-ozone mixture used for medical purposes. The AOT-H-01-Арз apparatus allows producing the oxygen-ozone mixture with the preset ozone concentration. Ozone concentration in the mixture, procedure duration are set by means of controls and indicated on the display. Automatic gas supply system provides flow continuity of the oxygen-ozone mixture produced by thе apparatus. The control system automatically stops operation (turns the apparatus into the standby mode) in case the normal operating conditions cannot be observed. Availability of the independent gas pump expands the apparatus range of application. Remote decomposer provides safety for patients and personnel. All these advantages together with high accuracy of the concentration setting (error is ± 15% max) give a unique possibility to treat wide scope of diseases and to concentrate the doctor's attention exclusively on the patient.

The system is designed for automatic metering of spirit, distillate, vodka and alcohol-water mixtures (hereinafter the measured medium) in the process of their production, shipment and receiving (including bottling lines) as well as for data generation and transfer to the state integrated automatic registration system of volume production and sales of ethyl alcohol and alcohol-containing products (ЕГАИС).

The ПК-1М, ПК1М-01 pneumatic valves are designed to control the pressure air supply from the electric signal and are used in the equipment of mill complexes.

The Tricolor hybrid femtosecond laser has three output channels with different wavelengths. All channels are inherently synchronized to each other allowing for easy pump-probe and other experiments where precise temporal delay setting or pulse overlapping is a must. Generation of other wavelengths via sum frequency generation is also possible and optional layout may be supplied upon request. This solid-state laser system incorporates a Ti:S oscillator unit that may offer tunable output wavelength for even greater versatility.
