Description

ИПРЭ-7 (ИПРЭ-7Т) is deigned to convert volume flow rate into a current signal and pulse-frequency signal when measuring fluid non-explosive mediums with specific conductivity from 10-3 to 10 cN/m.

As a lining material a thermoplastic material of a super structural polymer category is used providing high operating temperature up to plus 220 °C for a long period of time, high resistance to chemical corrosive solvents, high hardness and rigidity, linear expansion coefficient 25*10–6K–1 (similar to that of metals), very low moisture absorption – 0.02% max. The above mentioned material properties together with the measuring channel glossy finish and the ideal position of electrodes guarantee obtaining of the ППР high operating characteristics.

Range of application

Heating systems and thermal energy consumers, food industry factories. Commercial metering of fluid mediums flow rate, systems controlling fluid mediums as well as industrial waste water in pressure and free-flow pipelines. It can be used as meter-doser.

Principle of operation

When an electrically conducting fluid passes through a magnetic field, in it as a moving conductor an electromotive force proportional to the flow average velocity (fluid flow rate) is being induced.

Design

The converter design provides a variant of separate installation of ППР-7 and ИП-7 (in use) with the maximum tolerated communication line length from ИП to ППР being 100 m (variant 1) as well as integrated installation - monobloc installation of ППР-7 and ИП-7 (variant 2).

By request the ППР can be produced in waterproof modification for operation in wells.

Grade of protection from dust and water is IP44 for ИП-7 according to GOST14254; IP54 for ППР-7 according to GOST 14254.
