Brewer's yeast is 100% pure yeast (Saccharomyces Cerevisiae). "Pure" yeast is produced exclusively in breweries. Brewer's yeast contains polyphenols, the alpha and beta acids of hops, which are added during the brewing process. Along with the long-known effects of brewer's yeast, hop components, which are found only in brewer's yeast, have antioxidant, astringent and bacteriostatic properties: • optimization of the assimilation of nutrients and biologically active substances • activation and support of the immune system • increased productivity in animals • stabilization of the gastrointestinal tract • active mechanisms as a dietary product and prebiotic • adsorption and deactivation of harmful bacteria and mycotoxins
