Gas turbine engines GTE-6.3RМ and GTE-6.3/8RМ (JSC UEC-Saturn) constructed on the basis of the unified gas generator GTE-4RM and successfully operated at the compressor stations of PJSC Gazprom, is used as the unit drive.
The unit is designed for use in reconstruction of existing compressor stations (with replacement of overaged drives) and construction of new ones.
The unit engine is characterized by the high EF compared to analogs, as well as to units with greater unit capacity. GCU-6.3RМ is intended for use in the underground gas storage stations (UGSS) and for gas transportation via pipelines.
The unit has high-performance technical and economic characteristics, which allows to maintain high technical capacity level during gas transportation.
The unit fully meets its technical and operational requirements. It has an advanced remote control system with high level of security.
