Description
The industrial complex carries out the works on finish works of functionally finished electrical unit production – technological operations on installing and soldering of electronic components on a oriented circuit board, wire bundles production, volumetric intrablock setup, locksmith operations on installing and assembling components.
Material resources, technologies of the base and personnel skill allow us to produce orders of single product and medium-sized lot production for the following types of work:
- automated and semi-automatic montage of SMD and DIP components for the printed circuit boards (lead, non-lead, mixed)
- manual insertion
- volumetric insertion (wire and cable production), packaging
- reballing (ball lead replacement in microchips in BGA body)
- electro-machines repair (insertion, dismantling of BGA and other microchips)
- X-ray quality control
- Selective waterproof coat application
