On basis of accumulated experience the new technology is developed now and serial production of necessary equipment launched. In new lithotripters the unique technology of multiple generators lithotripsy is realized.

The complex is equipped with three types of generators: the electro-hydraulic SW generator, the electromagnetic SW generator with a focusing reflector, and the electromagnetic SW generator with focusing lenses. Each of them has up to 64 modes of energy levels. Generators designed in the form of easily interchangeable separate blocks. Change of the generator type takes 5 minutes. The essence of the new technology can be described by words: "each generator is for its stone", that means selection of necessary characteristics of shock-wave influence taking into account a type and sizes of a stone and also its localization in urethral ways.

The complex structure includes X-ray and ultrasonic guidance systems and a special table for exact positioning of a patient.
