Description

In accordance with GOST 12997-84 "Products GSP. General technical conditions ”the complex represents an operational, informational, energetically and structurally organized set of means for collecting, generating and transmitting information, as well as means for controlling computer equipment (PC) and software, and according to metrological properties it relates to automation facilities that do not have accuracy characteristics.
In accordance with GOST 26.205-88 "Complexes and telemechanics devices. General technical conditions »the complex for resistance to the effects of temperature and humidity of the ambient air during operation corresponds to the performance of group B3 and is designed to operate in continuous mode (turning it off for periodic maintenance) in the following conditions:
temperatures from + 5 ° С to + 40 ° С;
relative humidity up to 95% at a temperature of + 30 ° С without moisture condensation;
pressure from 84 to 106.7 kPa (from 630 to 800 mm RT. Art.).
Vibration resistance performance group (GOST 12997-84) - L3.
Degree of protection against atmospheric precipitation (GOST 14254-96) - IP20.
Class of protection against electric shock (GOST 12.2.007.0-75) - I.
Specifications
The software and hardware of the complex provide telemetric monitoring and control of
technological equipment from 1 to 32 monitored points (CP) from the central control center (CPU)
and perform the following functions:
initialization of the included “KP-K Equipment” at each traction substation and display on a PC monitor:
route diagrams of urban electric vehicles with the link of each section to the corresponding traction
substation;
mimic diagrams of each traction substation displaying the current state of technological equipment in accordance with the signals of the vehicle;
power consumption data for four high-voltage bushings at a traction substation;
current values in feeders of traction substation;
entering settings in “KP-K Equipment”;
transmission of up to 40 telecontrol signals (TU) from the CPU to the CP;
ensuring the retention time of the TU command from 0.2 to 4 s in accordance with the setting of the retention of teams;
transmission of up to 48 tele-signaling signals (TS) from the CP to the CPU from the DC and NC
contacts;
transmission and indication on the PC PC monitor up to 8 readings of electricity meters;
calculation of accounting of active and reactive energy in accordance with the calculated coefficient of measuring transformers;
calculation of cos φ and tg φ every hour;
transmitting from the CP to the CPU signals of television measurements (TI) of currents from 0 to 3 kA to 8 feeders of contact wires;
automatic shutdown of up to 8 feeder machines with a predetermined time characteristic of the shutdown delay;
current protection of up to eight contact wires during emergency loads in the contact network;
Note - The accuracy characteristics of the measured currents are determined by sensors DTX-3000;
automatic logging of the operator with a record of his actions to manage traction substations;
automatic maintenance of an electronic protocol for daily accounting of consumed active and reactive energy of each traction substation with the output of results every hour;
interrogation of vehicle signals of all included gearboxes in automatic polling mode or dialog mode of operator operation with each gearbox.
Note - The number of signals TU, TS, TI and feeders on the CP is agreed with the Customer.
The complex provides manual control of the functional blocks of the "Equipment KP-K" using a control device:
input and indication of execution of TU commands;
request and indication of vehicle signals;
indication of indications of measured currents in tires.
The complex is powered from a single-phase alternating current network with a voltage of 220 (± 22) V and a frequency of 50 (± 1) Hz.
The total power consumed by KP-K Equipment from a 220 V network is not more than 120 VA.
The power supply of “CP-K Equipment” at the control room and “KP-K Equipment” is provided through an uninterruptible power supply, which ensures the operation of the system when the mains
voltage is disconnected for at least 15 minutes.
