Description

Purpose
Three-chamber pacemakers are designed for individual cases of treatment of CCF functional class (FC) III and IV ("Electrophysiological methods for treating CCF" collection "National recommendations of VNOK and OSSN for the diagnosis and treatment of CCF").

Benefits

A pacemaker designed to provide:

single-chamber, two-chamber and three-chamber stimulation modes;

adaptation of the frequency of stimulation depending on physical activity;

continuous operation for 8 years with 100% stimulation in standard mode on 3 channels;

recording of diagnostically important episodes of an electrocardiogram in automatic mode;

the ability to interact with a programmer through a wireless connection.

Specifications

The three-chamber pacemaker uses three electrodes, one of which is placed in the atrium, and the other two in the right and left ventricle, performing cardio-resynchronization and providing physiological movement of blood through the chambers of the heart.

A three-chamber pacemaker is able to stimulate three sections of the heart at once: the atrium, the right and left ventricle, providing physiological movement of blood through the heart sections. It can also work in 1-, 2- and 3-chamber stimulation modes.

The materials used to make a pacemaker are biologically inert.

Composition

The three-chamber pacemaker system includes:

- an electric pulse generator comprising an electronic microcircuit and a power source that are installed inside a sealed enclosure;

- electrodes, which are a special spiral conductor with sufficient flexibility to withstand torsion and flexion caused by body movements and contractions of the heart.

The composition of the product:
