Description

Appointment
Protection of a person from electric shock when unintentionally touching it to the elements of an electrical installation that are under stress due to damage to the insulation, or directly to one of its current-carrying parts.
Increase of fire safety at possible damages of insulation, faults of electric wiring and electrical equipment.
Protective disconnection of the protected network from prolonged overvoltage in the mains.
Protection of AC mains with voltage 230 V, frequency 50 Hz from short circuits and overloads.
Online switching on and off of electrical circuits.
Application area
Acquisition of apartment, floor, lighting, distribution boards (FP) and input and distribution devices (ASP) installed in administrative, residential and public buildings, production premises, cottages, garages, summer cottages, mobile buildings, etc., as well as protection separate consumers of electricity.
Normative provision
The residual current devices (RCDs) are designed, prepared and put into serial production in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001 Quality Standard (GOST ISO 9001-2001) and comply with the requirements of GOST R 51327.1, GOST R 51329, NBC 243, technical specifications IZHK 656111.004 TU. RCD 22, is protected by the patent No. 2184413.
Features
Devices keep working:
- when the voltage in the protected network drops to 50V;
- with increasing voltage in the protected network up to 264V;
- at break of the zero working conductor N (in versions for 3-wire inclusion);
- after the action of interfacial voltage of 380V.
Devices provide protection shutdown when a sudden or slowly increasing alternating sinusoidal or constant pulsating differential current (type A in accordance with GOST R 50807-95) exceeds the setpoint value.
Devices do not work when the mains voltage is removed and reconnected and the load current is switched.
Reliability Features
Switching wear-resistance (on-off), cycles, not less than - 4000;
Mean time between failures, hour, not less than - 16000;
Average service life, years, not less than - 15;
Warranty period of operation, years - 5.
Design
The devices consist of structurally isolated, mechanically connected and electrically connected: a two-pole circuit breaker comprising a coil of an independent release in one of the poles and a protective shutdown module MLO 22.
The module contains: a printed circuit board with an electronic amplification circuit, powered from the protected network; sensor-current transformer, which produces a differential current; device operational control - button "T" (TEST).
Principle of operation
If there is a leakage current in the load exceeding the device operation threshold, a sensor signal (TA), amplified by the electronic circuit of the module (LE), is fed to the key (K), an independent device breaker release (HP), which causes the load to be disconnected.
Operational control of the device is carried out by the "T" button, by pressing which the circuit of an artificially created leakage current sufficient to trigger the device closes.
