About the product
DESCRIPTION
Galvanizing
Zinc is used for corrosion protection of steel parts (machine parts, fasteners, water pipes) and provides
high functional and decorative properties of products. Chromating (rainbow passivation) provides the
creation of an additional passive protective layer on the surface of the zinc coating.
Anodizing
Anodizing is used to prevent oxidation and give additional properties to aluminum alloys. The film
obtained in the process of anodizing protects the metal from corrosion, has electrical insulating
properties and serves as a good basis for paint and varnish coatings.
In addition to the natural color of aluminum, it is possible to paint in black and green. Usually the
thickness of the anodized layer is not taken into account in the size tolerances, because it is insignificant.
Conductive oxidation of aluminum parts
Oxidation — the process of acidification of the surface layer of metal to create an oxide film on the
surface of the product. The coating is used for corrosion protection, provides good electrical
conductivity and can be a primer for paint and varnish coatings.
Tin-bismuth
Tin-bismuth coating has high corrosion resistance, has high plasticity and electrical conductivity. It is
used primarily for parts of the electronic industry (contacts, tires) in order to impart anti-friction
properties and improve solderability.
Nickel-plating
It is used to protect them from corrosion, decorative surface finish, increase resistance to mechanical
wear and provides protection of products in high temperatures and aggressive environments. Chemical
Nickel coating contains phosphorus and has increased corrosion resistance, endurance and hardness.
The main advantage of chemical nickel-plating is a uniform distribution of metal on the surface of the
product.
Chemical passivation
Chemical passivation is carried out to protect the metal from corrosion of parts operated in atmospheric
conditions.
