Description

Cases of crystals are stacked in a special cassette, which is mounted on a motorized desktop. Capture of crystals is possible both from a plate, and from cartridges. High reproducibility of the mounting force is achieved due to the motorized movement of the gripping tool along the Z axis; this is important for creating a uniform adhesive layer under the crystal during its installation. For removal of crystals from the adhesive carrier, a device was developed for splitting the crystal using the following algorithm:

1. The center of the captured crystal on the adhesive carrier is combined with the center of the sub-table. The sub-table vacuum is activated, fixing the adhesive carrier with crystals.

2. The grip tool is lowered onto the crystal. The force with which the tool presses against the crystal is pre-calibrated to eliminate the possibility of damage to the crystal.

3. The table of the pinhole device gently drops down, separating the adhesive carrier from the crystal. At the moment when the area of contact between the crystal and the adhesive carrier becomes minimal, the vacuum tool begins to rise smoothly, finally separating the crystal from the adhesive carrier.

This algorithm allows you to safely remove the crystals, significantly reducing the likelihood of damage.

To implement a quick setup re-installation, a database is built into the software, which stores the process parameters for working with many products.
