Description
LinteL AIP-21 tester provides complete automation of the testing process – thermostat temperature maintenance without overheating, bomb integrity check, test countdown, determination of induction period and preservation of test results
Thermostatic bath contains four cells for installation of bombs that provides testing of up to 4 product samples simultaneously
The tester comprises a dry block thermostat that provides high heating rate and achievement of the required temperature and avoids the necessity for heat carrier and its condition monitoring
Integration with LinteL Link Data Collection System enables collection and transfer of laboratory test results from the tester to a personal computer via wireless communication. Integration with the laboratory information system Lintel LIS, provides a comprehensive automation of laboratory activities
To check the tester readings during certification and calibration of a built-in thermostat temperature sensor and pressure transmitters in bombs, provision is made for connection of a standard pressure gauge and standard thermometer
Complete self-diagnosis system with fault indication on the display allows to detect oxygen losses from bombs automatically, to prevent the system overheating. When manual intervention is required, an appropriate message is displayed and a periodic acoustic alarm is given
