 LinteL TOSM-10 tester is manufactured according to TU 26.51.53-075-0151785-2017, it is table-type test equipment designed to provide test conditions for oils to determine thermal oxidation stability according to GOST 18136-72, GOST 23797-79.
 TOSM-10 maintains the specified test conditions automatically, while test duration, thermostat temperature and air flow rate is set by tester according to the required test conditions. Also it is possible to switch preliminary vessel purge on/off prior to test. Duration of one test is 1 to 240 hours.
 Heating unit can hold up to six rector cells which can be connected to nozzles supply air to reactors. Built-in bath heater provided temperature accuracy: ±0.5 °C within the range of 40 to 180 °C and ±1 °C – within the range of 180 to 300 °C.
 Built-in air flow sensors records air flow rate values in reactors within the range of 1 to 10 l/h within the accuracy of ±0.5 l/h. In this case the maximum air consumption will be 60 l/hour max under the maximum allowable pressure of incoming air of 170 kPa max.
 The tester is fitted with regulators for air flow rate setting through vessels, support for vessels to be placed during cooling and pocket for standard thermometer to check built-in thermostat sensor.
