CONDITIONS THAT ALLOW ITS OPERATION, PROVIDES:
vertical takeoff / landing, hovering, flight on a given route;
resistance to wind effects;
ability to control the airship operator remotely from the NPU;
execution of automatic flight according to the specified program, including in case of violation of
information exchange with the NPU;
making a flight of an airship with a payload during the day and the duration of one departure is not less than 1 hour;
making an automatic flight of the airship on a given route-flight task, including, in case of violation of information exchange with the NPU;
the ability to change the flight task or switch to manual remote flight control from the NPU in real time with the transfer of control commands over the radio channel from the NPU to the UAV at a range of up to 10 km (range can be specified)
