Description

Appointment, scope:
The incubator is designed to incubate eggs of various types of farm birds (chickens, ducks, geese,
etc.) with operation in various climatic zones in enclosed spaces with an internal temperature of 10
to 35 ° C and a relative humidity of 40 to 80% (UHL4.2 conditions according to GOST 15150).
The incubator is designed to operate on a single-phase alternating current electric network with a
voltage of 220V ± 10%.
The incubator consists of:
the case, assembled from heat-insulating panels, with a hermetically sealed door, designed to
maintain the necessary parameters of the air environment (temperature, humidity) and to
accommodate actuators.
the mechanism for turning trays, designed to place trays with eggs and rotate them every 90 °, at
least 15 times a day.
a heating unit with a fan, designed to create the necessary microclimate in the incubator;
a single tray for placing eggs in the incubation period and during the hatching period of poultry;
a pan, which is a container into which water is poured, to maintain the necessary humidity in the
incubator chamber;
control panel designed to set the temperature of incubation and display information about the
microclimate state (temperature and humidity) inside the incubator, as well as to control the drive of
trays and turn off the sound alarm).
Distinctive features:
The presence of automatic control and maintenance of technological modes of incubation of poultry
(temperature, humidity);
Trays are rotated automatically, if necessary, manually from the control panel; during the hatching
period, the rotation mechanism is disabled;
The presence of an alarm that is triggered by a power outage and when t ° C is exceeded above the emergency threshold;
Ensuring constant air circulation due to the presence of fans in the design;
Ensuring air exchange due to the influx of fresh air through the slotted air intakes and the exhaust of exhaust air through the ventilation hole located on the rear wall of the housing
