Transformer parameters meter "Coefficient-1.3"
The instrument "Coefficient-1.3" allows measuring the following parameters for the transformers of all the circuits and groups of connections according to GOST 30830 consequently at every phase:
- Transformation rate;
- No-load operation loss at the low voltage;
- Short circuit impedance.
