A device for storing donor platelets agitator (de-48 and de-96) is intended to ensure the fullpreservation of the functional properties of donor platelets in the conditions of their storage in plastic containers while maintaining a constant temperature (22°C) with continuous stirring (shaking) in accordance with the "Technical regulations about safety requirements of blood, its products, blood-substituting solutions and technical means used in transfusion-infusion therapy", approved by RF Government resolution No. 29 of 26.01.2010, recommendations of the Council of Europe and who on the preparation, use and quality assurance of blood components.

That allows with high accuracy to identify explosives and drugs substances. A validity of such detection is not lower than 96% (for a mass of the explosive substance load not less than 150g), and a probability of a false alarm is not higher than 5%.

A small sized MW accelerator with a conversion target is applied as a source of X-radiation. It is equipped with a local bio-protection of cast-iron blocks.
