Description

Designed to separate the radiation of a given spectral composition from the continuous spectrum of radiation in spectral instruments of various purposes and in the photodetector devices.

Technologies used:
- technology of manufacturing narrow-band and bandpass filters for visible and near-IR spectral ranges for optical elements from glass by electron-beam evaporation in vacuum;
- technology of manufacturing short-wave blocking filters for visible and near IR spectral ranges for optical elements from glass by thermal and electron-beam evaporation in vacuum;
- technology of manufacturing long-wavelength blocking filters for optical elements for visible and near IR spectral ranges for optical elements from glass by thermal and electron-beam evaporation in vacuum;
- technology of manufacturing narrow-band and band-pass filters on the spectral range from 2 to 15 μm for optical elements from germanium by electron-beam evaporation in vacuum;
- technology of producing short-wave blocking filters by electron-beam evaporation in vacuum;
- technology of making a "sun-blind" UV filter by electron-beam evaporation in a vacuum;
- technology of manufacturing two-zone filters for matrix photodetectors by electron-beam evaporation in vacuum.
