The main specialization of JSC “PA “UOMP” casting shop is production of high precision castings by method of casting under pressure and casting by investment patterns. In 2017 there was finished the large-scale reconstruction of production capacities and technical re-equipment as to reach a new level of investment patterns quality. During the works the main accent was made to automation and robotization of technological processes in order to maximally exclude the human factor influence on the products quality and to increase the labor productivity. So, right now the enterprise has a possibility to manufacture the moldings using the full cycle. At every stage the most modern production and test equipment is used, thus allowing finally to get the high quality cast bar within minimum time period at market prices.

The Assembly Production of the enterprise is equipped with modern electrical installation equipment: mounting tables, soldering stations and local air cleaning units, which ensure high efficiency of installation works.

The laser cutting site of UOMZ is equipped with a modern laser installation, which allows cutting of metals of different thicknesses: aluminum up to 8 mm; stainless steel up to - 10 mm; black steel - up to 20 mm.

Our testing laboratory is equipped with modern testing equipment that meets Russian and global requirements and carries out mechanical and climatic tests, multiple and single impacts, linear acceleration, exposure to solar radiation, high humidity, as well as static and dynamic dust tests, atmospheric pressure, electric insulation strength in accordance with the field of certification.

The main equipment range is one / two-way crank presses.

The company has 8 units of machines for plastic injection molding with a locking force of 55 \ 100 \ 150 \ 265 \ 400 \ 800 tons
